RETURN POLICY

Limberlost prides itself on its customer service policies and therefore strives in all ways possible to have every Limberlost customer a truly satisfied customer.

Limberlost warrantees its products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. In the event of a warrantee claim, Limberlost, at no cost to the customer will promptly replace any part or parts of a product that it deems could be defective. Parts are replaced on the honour system whereby Limberlost will ship the customer a pre-finished replacement part at Limberlost's expense without the need of the customer returning defective parts. (This is by far the least expensive and least complicated alternative).

Replacement of the total product is not usually required and is therefore limited to a pre-approval process by Limberlost.

Before actually returning the product be sure you have contacted Limberlost at 705-286-1150 and determined that returning the product is the quickest and most cost efficient way of correcting the problem to your satisfaction.

LIMBERLOST PRE-APPROVAL PROCESS

If Limberlost agrees to the return of your purchase, the product, in its original packaging, along with a written explanation of the problem must be returned to Limberlost at the customer's expense. Upon receipt of the product, Limberlost will evaluate the problem and determine if the entire item should be replaced or if the item can be brought to a new-like standard by the replacement of a part(s). Since the product was originally created from parts, replacement of parts is virtually always the solution.

Limberlost will also determine whether the described problem was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship (which is always warranted) or, if the problem was a result of misuse, or incorrect/inappropriate assembly by the customer (which is not warranted).

If, in the opinion of Limberlost, the product is found to be defective, Limberlost will replace the product or part(s) of product and return the same to the customer at Limberlost's expense.

If Limberlost determines that the problem is a result of misuse, or incorrect/inappropriate assembly, Limberlost will contact the customer with a quotation on what charges would be required to correct the situation. If the customer agrees with the charges, the work will be preformed and the repaired product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

If the customer does not agree with the cost of repairs, the non-repaired product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Any and all damage that occurred in shipping is to be claimed by the customer through the shipping carrier. Please thoroughly examine your purchase as soon as it arrives especially if the carton is visually damaged.

Original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

Placing an order for a Limberlost product is deemed to be the acceptance of the Limberlost RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY on the part of the customer.

IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, GENUINE PREFINISHED REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE FROM LIMBERLOST.
